3.35 pm Short talk given by Rob Cornish, Florence Nightingale Bicentennial Research Fellow, Department of Statistics.
Rob will give a short talk about his experiences in research, both at DPhil level and subsequently, and as a cofounder of the South African-based startup Quro Medical. He will try to give a sense of the similarities and differences, and the positives and negatives, of both avenues as he has found them.
