I am the Senior Computing Specialist in the Department of Statistics, where I support and develop the computing infrastructure that underpins research, teaching, and administration.

My work spans High Performance Computing (HPC), research computing platforms, Linux systems engineering, GPU computing, distributed storage, identity management, and infrastructure automation. I work closely with researchers to help translate computational requirements into reliable and scalable technical solutions, supporting a wide range of data-intensive and computationally demanding research activities.

Before joining Oxford in 2024, I held technical and leadership roles in Higher Education institutions in the United Kingdom, Rwanda, and Nigeria. Across more than fifteen years in the sector, I have specialised in designing, operating, and modernising research and enterprise computing environments using open-source technologies.

Over that time I've made a deliberate choice to focus on deep technical work rather than management. I have a particular interest in sustainable research infrastructure, automation, and enabling researchers to make effective use of advanced computing resources. Alongside infrastructure development and operations, I contribute to user training, technical documentation, and the continual improvement of research computing services across the Department.
