DPhil in Statistics student
About Me
As a PhD student at the University of Oxford, I am passionate about advancing the frontiers of machine learning and computational drug discovery. I am pursuing a DPhil degree in Statistics, focusing on geometric deep learning for drug discovery, under the supervision of Professor Garrett Morris, Professor Charlotte Deane, and Professor Michael Bronstein.
Before joining Oxford, I worked as a machine learning research engineer at A*STAR, Singapore's leading public research institution. I hold a BSc.(Hons) degree in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science from the University of Edinburgh, with an exchange year at the University of Toronto.
Research Interests
- Geometric Deep Learning
- Quantum Chemistry based methods for small molecule drug discovery
- Modelling molecular interactions i.e., protein-ligand interactions
