About Me
I am a DPhil student on the StatML CDT interested in modelling a range of systems using mathematical and statistical methods.
During the first year of my DPhil I have explored different areas of statistical modelling. My first project applied recurrent neural networks to predict welfare outcomes of broiler chickens from CCTV footage. My second project extends novel framework for studying uncertainty in transformer models through a measure theoretic perspective.
I completed my MMath in Mathematics and Statistics at Oxford (2025) with a Master’s thesis that studied the relationship between time-varying infection fatality rate of COVID-19 and socio-economic vulnerability using hidden Markov processes.
Research Interests
