Edwin Fong, a DPhil student at the department who graduated in 2022, received the Savage Award from the International Society for Bayesian Analysis for his DPhil thesis during his time at Oxford. His thesis was titled The predictive view of Bayesian inference, and he was supervised by Prof Chris Holmes. 

Saifuddin Syed and Matteo Giordano both received honourable mentions.
