We are delighted to announce that our colleague, Mariagrazia (she/her), has been awarded a Chartered Statistician recognition by the Royal Statistical Society. This is the highest professional award the Society offers, and is awarded after rigorous vetting by an expert panel. Mariagrazia demonstrated her expertise and professionalism through her academic qualifications, her professional development, and her active engagement with the community.
Within the consultancy, Mariagrazia has worked extensively in a variety of projects, large and small, ranging from social sciences to medicine. Her meticulousness and attention to detail make her ideal in handling particularly nuanced questions, and her communication skills ensure that she can explain complicated (and at times obscure!) concepts in a clear and approachable manner. Outside her work, she is a very active member of the Department, with a passion for Equality, Diversity & Inclusion making an excellent Divisional ED&I Fellow. She is also one of our Mental Health First Aiders, always ready to offer help and support when needed.
