The registration fees include the welcome reception on Sunday evening, refreshments at the poster sessions on Monday and Tuesday evening and coffee breaks. The conference dinner on Thursday evening in Lady Margareth Hall is included in the registration fees for students. For other participants, the conference dinner is charged £56.
Accommodation. All the reserved accommodations have been booked, and it is not possible anymore to book your accommodation through the online registration. Subject to availability, you will also have the option to book your accommodation through the online registration. Please click on Practical Information to find more details on alternative lodgings.
Invited/contributed speakers. The call for contributed talks is now closed and all decisions have been sent. Invited and contributed speakers have to upload the final version of the title/abstract at registration using the template [download template]. The title/abstract can be in plain text or latex format. Please do not change the .doc extension of the file.
Submission of poster title/abstract. We invite participants to submit a title/abstract to present their work as a poster at the conference. The title/abstract has to be submitted at registration using the template [download template]. The title/abstract can be in plain text or latex format. Please do not change the .doc extension of the file. The deadline for submitted a poster title/abstract is May 15, 2019. Decisions on poster submissions will be sent by May 25, 2019.
Please note that, in order to be eligible for the reduced fees, students need to upload a proof of their enrollment in a MSc or PhD programme.
