Lecture

The lecture gives an introduction to the causal interpretation of directed graphical models and the associated algorithms for identifying structure from observational data.

The lecture is largely based on

S. L. Lauritzen (2001). Causal inference from graphical models.  In Complex Stochastic Networks, O. E. Barndorff-Nielsen, D. R. Cox, C. Klüppelberg (eds). Chapman and Hall/CRC. pp 63-107.
