Graphical Models and Inference - Lecture 14

Estimation of causal(?) structure

This lecture will describe some of the basic features of methods for what is known as structural learning or causal discovery. The focus is on methods for estimating an unknown DAG from data, and a number of methods which are now classic are briefly described and discussed. Much of this is found in bits and pieces in the literature. You might wish to read chapter 6 in my draft lecture notes from StFlour.
