Further Statistical Methods - Lecture 10

Longitudinal data

Longitudinal data can be seen as a special type of multilevel data, where repeated measurements on each level two unit are taken over time. There is therefor also a chapter about this in Snijders and Bosker (1999) although this lecture is based on chapters 1, 3, 4 and 5 of

P. J. Diggle, P. Heagerty, K.-Y. Liang and S. L. Zeger (2002). Analysis of longitudinal data. Oxford University Press, Oxford.
