University Open Days
The University of Oxford hosts three Open Days every year. These are a good opportunity to have a look around both Departments and Colleges.
In 2016 these Open Days will take place on 29th & 30th June. For more information on the days please visit www.ox.ac.uk/opendays.
Most of the Department of Statistics' Open Day activity is combined with the Mathematical Institute. These activities include drop-in talks from 10.00-12.00 which is repeated in the afternoon from 14.00-16.00. These do not require registration. VISIT THE DEPARTMENT OF STATISTICS
It is also possible to visit the Department of Statistics for a tour of the newly refurbished building. Tours will take place every half hour from 14.45 until 16.45. Tea, coffee and refreshments will also be available with the opportunity to talk to current students. There is no need to book. Simply come to 24-29 St Giles' on the day.

PUBLIC LECTURE IN STATISTICS: PROFESSOR ALISON ETHERIDGE
Visitors to the 30th June Open Day may also choose to stay on for the Oxford Mathematics Public Lecture at 17:00 in the Mathematical Institute, which will be given by Professor Alison Etheridge on the topic of Modelling Genes. Registration required.
