Check logs for packages with installation issues with fedora-gcc
not seen in fedora-clang checks. For fuller details see the fedora-gcc
logs for the packages.

This is used to screen packages for inspection by CRAN incoming.

'gcc12' is historical as the fedora-gcc results are now done with GCC 13.
