This is a collection of packages from CRAN (plus a few others from
Omegahat and elsewhere) which are not available for 32/64-bit
Windows on other repositories.  In most cases they need manual
intervention to build, usually involving modified sources.


External software requirements
==============================

All the packages here contain the external software they make use of,
where possible statically linked to avoid conflicts with other
software that uses incompatible DLLs.
