The next Siena Winter School Series will be held January 18-22, 2027 in Groningen (Netherlands).
Instats offers an introductory online workshop about the Stochastic Actor-oriented Model and the RSiena package, taught by Tom Snijders.
It is an on-demand workshop, which you can follow at your own time and at your own pace. It consists of 18 recorded sessions of 45 minutes each.

This course still uses the old (pre-2026) function names of RSiena and should be updated.

Workshop Advanced RSiena workshop at EUSN 2026 in Norrkøping, August 15, 2026.
Workshops on multilevel SAOM estimation by the function sienaBayes:
Analysing multilevel network dynamics, held online (organized from Naples) in September 2021 as part of the 5th European Conference on Social Networks EUSN 2021 ,
Workshop taught by Tom Snijders and Johan Koskinen at the Sunbelt 2024 conference held in Edinburgh (Scotland).
Workshop about creation of new effects in RSiena (held online in November 2024).
This is an extended version of what now is treated in Chapter 18 of the manual.
Creation of new effects means changing the C++ code, and compiling what you have done. This implies that it presupposes a basic knowledge of C++ programming (but it could be very basic).
The online Advanced Siena Users' Meeting 2021 held in February 2021.
The workshop on Multilevel Network Dynamics held in October 2019 at the EUSN in Zürich (and earlier, September 2018, in Groningen).
