2011 Projects
In 2011 we formulated eight projects:
- Hidden Markov Random Fields and Network Evolution
- Sequence Evolution with Correlated Sites
- Markov Models for Protein Structure Evolution
- Regulatory Signals in Trypanosomes
- Leaf Shape Evolution
- Inverse RNA Folding
- Accelerating Methods for Solving the Eikonal Equation
- Advanced Software Design for Statistical Alignment
As part of their project write-up, each group was asked to create a poster to present at the divisional poster presentation, as well as a report detailing the methodology and results of the work carried out. Click on the links above to view the posters.
