Structural Analysis of Aptamers

Aptamers are small nucleic acid molecules – DNAs and RNAs – that have been artificially selected for binding affinity to a particular molecule, e.g. a protein. Experiments will usually return a relatively large set of suitable aptamers. To understand how these aptamers actually bind to the molecule in question, we want to determine shared structures among the aptamers.
