Pre-compiled packages for R for Windows
=======================================

Some additional harder-to-compile packages to add to those on CRAN.

Use the repository CRANextras, under bin/ here.  Only packages for 
R >= 2.12.0 are still available.

GLMMGibbs is from the Archive area on CRAN, but the exact sources
used can be found in the 'src' area of this repository.

YAGS4 is from http://www.biostat.harvard.edu/~carey/vcwww_4.html
and YAGS3 from http://www.biostat.harvard.edu/~carey/old_public_html/caveat.html
The exact sources used for yags_4.0-2 can be found in the 'src' area of 
this repository.

Where GPLed packages are used, the sources of the R packages are in
directory src/contrib or GPLcompliance and of GPLed (and some other)
support software in GPLcompliance/support.


This collection is unsupported: if you encounter problems you are
expected to compile from the sources yourself.

As a matter of policy, problems reported on r-help will be ignored.
