This is the image from the Vardi-Lee paper read to the RSS Research Section on 16 December 1992. Details as supplied by David Lee : A motion blurred photo of a moving toy cart is digitized by a scanner with 300 pixels per inch, producing the image . Image has 1200x1200 pixels with 1200 rows and 1200 columns. Each pixel is represented by one byte, an integer (of type char) from 0 to 255 where 0 is black and 255 is white. It has no header bytes. The image size is 1440000 bytes. The motion direction and distance are to be found out by a blur identification procedure. We estimated the motion distance as 106 pixels in the horizontal direction.
