About my research
My current research focuses on performing association analysis and identifying genes that modify susceptibility to these diseases. These advance analysis will also require the development of novel methodologies in statistical genetics.
Biographical Sketch
I am currently a post doctoral researcher working for Dr. Jonathan Marchini in the Mathematical Genetics group. Prior to my appointment at Oxford, I spent three years in Lancaster, where I finished my PhD thesis on multiple changepoints problems under the supervision of Professor Paul Fearnhead.
