Research Experience

2005 – 2007      Lecturer in Bioinformatics. Currently I have two D.Phil. Students working on the modelling of metabolic pathways. One is involved in reconstructing metabolic networks and the second is working on spatial effects in metabolic control using stochastic dynamic models.

2000 – 2005      Lecturer in Bioinformatics  Supervised PhDs on the unfolding of human prion protein, the use of agent based methods in phylogenetics and the creation of network models of metabolism, Schools of Biological and Chemical Sciences and Engineering Computer Science and Mathematics, University of Exeter and currently in the Department of Statistics at the University of Oxford.
