DPhil Discussion Group
Oxford Statistics Discussion Group
The student-run discussion group is aimed at DPhil students and postdocs in the Department of Statistics to foster communication and exchange of ideas on their research interests. During 2008/2009 the Discussion Group met for an hour during termtime on a biweekly basis. A presentation by a DPhil student or postdoc was followed by informal discussion over coffee and biscuits.
